A serious concern for all practitioners of Oriental medicine is the potential for herb-drug interactions. This is especially the case with elderly patients, the patients who are frequently on the most drugs at one time. This class will be a very practical look at the most current information on how Chinese herbs may potentially act with some of the most common drugs, and how to deal with managing patient concerns over herb-drug interactions. It will also cover the basic concepts of herb-drug interactions in general. This course will be held for NJAAOM members only. For more information please click here.
